All orders are shipped from our London studio.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days. During launches or peak periods, this may take slightly longer.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to VAT, duties or customs handling fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible at hello@dor-olfactory.com. Once dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

Due to the nature of fragrance and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

A faulty item refers to a damaged or broken bottle upon arrival.

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage, the packaging and the shipping label. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
We are unable to process claims submitted after this timeframe.
