Frequently Asked Questions

  • All orders are shipped from our London studio.

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days. During launches or peak periods, this may take slightly longer.

  • We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States.

  • Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to VAT, duties or customs handling fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible at hello@dor-olfactory.com. Once dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

  • Due to the nature of fragrance and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

  • A faulty item refers to a damaged or broken bottle upon arrival.

  • Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage, the packaging and the shipping label. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

    We are unable to process claims submitted after this timeframe.

  • We are unable to accept returns based on scent preference. We recommend exploring smaller formats where available before purchasing a full bottle.
