We ship from our London studio using tracked courier services. All orders are carefully packed by hand and prepared in accordance with Dangerous Goods regulations for fragrances.

Shipping charges are calculated per order and shown at checkout before payment.

Processing Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days. During launches or peak periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs handling fees determined by the destination country.

Since the UK is no longer part of the European Union, orders shipped to EU countries may incur VAT and clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Dor Olfactory does not collect international duties or taxes at checkout unless otherwise stated.

If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
