Wabi-Sabi is an olfactive haiku meant to transport you in the depths of Kyoto, in the heart of Shōren-in Temple - the place where the idea of Dor Olfactory was born.
Not built around top, heart and base notes, but around a place: the garden outside and the silence within.
So what is Wabi-Sabi? Hardly ever described by the Japanese, Leonard Koren wrote two beautiful volumes on deciphering the aesthetic and philosophical universe of it. At Dor, we like to think of it as the beauty of impermanence.

Dor is a small, independent and perfumer-owned brand. All of our fragrances are made in small batches in our North London studio.
Our juice, bottles, labels, caps are a labour of love and patience. Due to our high concentration of natural materials, which can sometime differ in colour and odour profile by harvest, different batches might have slight variations. Our caps are locally 3d printed in London and due to the printing process, small variations can also occur.
